Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions of the use carefully before using this site.  These terms and conditions are my additions on top of the Groupee Site Payment Service Terms of Service.  By using Pigskin Premium, you signify your agreement to these terms of use.  If you do not agree to these terms of use please don’t use the site.  Pigskin reserves the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time.  Your continued use of Pigskin Premium following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes. 

Pigskin Premium access will not issue refunds or be liable for any of the following:  Site down due to maintenance issues (website maintenance, computer crash, lighting, fire, theft, etc), Loss of site due to Hacking into the system causing site to loss data (should the site be hacked, I will do all I can to have the site back up asap, I will not be liable for any down time because of this unexpected issue and will not be liable to reproduce any lost time that was missed during that time).

Multiple users sharing one account, is not permitted and will be monitored on a daily basis.  Pigskin Premium reserves the right to cancel subscriptions should any sharing of user logon information exist.  Any users that should more than one user logged in during the same time, Pigskin Premium reserves the right to charge the user for all extra accounts that show to be logged in which is a 79.00 per account charge.  The subscriber is responsible for logging out appropriately in order to login to another location and understanding that misuse of their account (multiple users on one account) will result in cancellation of their membership and possible charges.

Members agree that they will not copy, publish any premium content to any other sites, message boards, etc.  Doing so will result in revocation of their membership with out refund.
